Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at care@renyulife.com.

Returns

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing care@renyulife.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs and videographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in the request being declined.

Refunds & Replacements

Upon verification of the claim, RenyuLife may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement product, or
  • Process a refund to the original payment method

Refunds will be initiated after approval and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Products reported after the specified claim period
  • Replacement or Exchange will be delivered with 2 to 4 business days
